Digitonic Considering Merger with SPAC
Digitonic, a mobile marketing specialist is considering an SPAC merger to go public in the UK or North America.
The Glasgow based company has rebounded from a setback early in the pandemic and has plans for expansion.

The company is expected to double revenues to £16 Billion following a record year in 2020 where profits surged to £7.9 Billion. More than 95% of the company’s clients are in North America and has established a US subsidiary in 2020.
With a growing number of clients in Vancouver and Toronto, the company is planning an expansion in 2022.
Theil Considers SPAC Merger with Singapore Online Real Estate Company
PropertyGuru, a Singapore online real estate firm is considering a merger with SPAC Bridgetown 2 Holdings Ltd. a transaction could value the combined firm at $2 Billion. PropertyGuru has become a household name in the property-crazy Singapore.

The company also has operations in countries including Vietnam, Indonesia, Malaysia and Thailand. PropertyGuru scrapped plans for an IPO on the Australian stock exchange back in 2019 over valuation concerns.
